You MUST be 18 years or older to commission me.

Please read the entire T.O.S before commissioning me. By requesting a commission and working with me, you automatically agree to all the rules and TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I reserve the right to deny, refuse or turn down any commission or commission request for any reason.

Commissions are for personal use only. Merchandising and commercial use have rules and restrictions. Please message me for more information.

I must have a clear reference sheet or images of your character(s) to be able to do your commission. I do NOT take text descriptions. If your images of your character are too low resolution, then I will notify you. Failure to properly provide a reference or good images may result in your commission being cancel or dropped.

Do NOT rush me to finish your commission. You may only ask for updates on your commission if had been 4 days with not response or updates from me. If you constantly ask for updates or rush me, this will result in your commission being canceled or dropped.

The client (you) has send me a message or has submitted a form for a commission or YCH. We discuss the idea or I will reach out to you letting you know I have indeed recieved your form. If there are any questions, I will ask them to you. You may also ask any questions you may have.

I start work on the commission. (I only work on art Monday - Friday. Weekends are my days off.)

Once I have finished the sketch, I will send you a screenshot of it. This is the time to make any changes. Please keep in mind, I will only offer small changes for free. Changing things that require me to entirely start over or to entirely re-do, will get charged a fee. That fee will be discussed to you in messages.

Once you have approved of the sketch, I will send a invoice for payment. Once paid, I will continue the commission.

I will then begin the line art process and flat coloring. Once flat coloring is done, I will send another update screenshot to you. Once approved, I will continue on to finish you commission.

When the commission is fully complete, I will send you the full quality artwork via different methods. If the platform does not allow me to send the full quality picture, I will provide you with a drive link to download the image in full quality. NOTE: I do NOT keep images on my online drive forever, so PLEASE save the image asap.

Any errors that I do are entirely free. Such as wrong color, forgot to draw something, etc.

NOTE: I do NOT provide updates for YCHs.

Payment will be done via a invoice send to a e-mail you provide me. If a certain payment app is not available to you, please discuss it with me as there are other payment apps I can use.

Payment for normal commissions will be after you approved of the sketch.

Payment for YCHs will be after I have completed your YCH.

All prices are subject to change at anytime.

Additional fees may be charged by the Artist if: the character has complex markings/design, multiple characters. Content may be changed case-by-case.

Prices are in U.S. Dollar (USD). The All payments must be fully completed and processed before the final/finish commission or YCH piece is received by you. I have the right to either send a invoice and collect the payment after the initial acceptance of a commission request OR can wait until certain point in the progress of the commission.

If a payment plan needs to be discussed, the Client must let the Artist know to discuss a payment plan if needed.

You have a right to have a refund for your commission if you request if the commission has not been fully completed. However, there are different stages in how much you will be refunded for your commission.

Requesting a refund AFTER approving the sketch = PARTIAL REFUND 50%

Requesting a refund due to a emergency = FULL REFUND

Requesting a refund AFTER your commission is complete = NO REFUNDS

Refunds for YCHs are NOT PERMITTED AT ALL (This is due to the fact you do not pay for your YCH until after it is done. Once you have your art piece, you cannot request a refund at all.)

When you send a message to me to claim a YCH slot, you will be given three (3) days to respond to me until I say they are written/marked down for the slot. This mainly includes providing a reference sheet to me or any images of your OC. Once all things have been provided, you have successfully claimed a commission or YCH slot.

I will give you Three (3) days to respond to a message from me. Wether it being about your commission or YCH slot, for payment, a update on your commission in a stage (such as sketch stage or line art with coloring stage).

If you do not respond within Three (3) days that was about a update for your commission, I will automatically mark down you have approved that stage of the commission and will continue on.

If you do not respond within Three (3) days to a message that is about PAYMENT, I will send you another update message, once again asking for payment. If another Three (3) days have past: Your commission will be canceled and dropped & for YCHs, your YCH slot will be canceled and dropped and you will also be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Ignoring my messages for any reason will also get you blacklisted. DO NOT REQUEST A COMMISSION IF YOU CAN NOT COMMIT TO PAYING AND RESPONDING TO UPDATES.

In the event that you were in a emergency and you couldn't respond, I will understand and allow you continue where your commission or YCH left off if you wish. If you wish to cancel, I will refund you if you have paid and cancel your commission, however, you will NOT be blacklisted. NOTE: If a emergency does happen, please get in touch with me ASAP.

You may post any commission or YCH you have purchased from me. However, YOU MUST LINK/TAG ANY OF MY ACCEPTED SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. (Twitter, BlueSky, FA)

I reserve the right to post any finished high resolution commission or YCH to any of my social media accounts, unless you have requested to keep it private. If you request to keep the commission not posted and YOU post the commission or YCH yourself, then you give me full rights to also post the commission or YCH.

I reserve the right to use any commission or YCH I create for personal AND commerical use. I will still always ask permission before I do anything final.

Only YOU, the commissioner, may post YOUR commission or YCH that YOU purchased to your social media accounts. I also have this right as mentioned above.

Once you have received your commission, you may post it at any time. You do not need to wait for me to post it first.

Do not take credit as the creator or artist when posting a commission or YCH your purchased from me. ALWAYS credit me as the aritst or creator.

In the event that I am unable to complete your commission or YCH under the terms of this agreement, due to circumstances that beyond my control, including but not limited to: Natural Disasters, (such as Fires, Floods, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, etc.), Accidents, Wars, Embargoes, Riots, or Government Rulings, I shall be relieved from any and all executor obligations and any funds the can be returned to you will be returned. You have the same exception rights reserved as well.
